PetSmart Grooming

My dog was cut with wounds twice by pet smart. I called my dog’s last groomer from Petsmart told her she cut off his paws and private parts. She just simply said:” sorry, he is your baby and you decide what you want to do.”

I booked with Hannah based on reviews recommending her. I can tell she was caring about my dog and that is much appreciated. My dog did not like the atmosphere here at all. The atmosphere is chaotic and does not cater to the dogs needs. He was immediately put into a kennel in a very busy chaotic environment and was so stressed out by it that Hannah couldn’t groom him. I appreciate that she immediately recognized he was too stressed and called me, but her voicemail scared the crap out of me, I thought my dog was having a medical emergency. I drove so fast back up there to get him and I was freaking out worried about him. I think there was a lack of consideration for me in that regard. Again, she did what she was supposed to do and contacted me immediately to pick up my dog but she s

Been coming here the past 4 yrs but the past 3-4 grooming appts haven't been 5 star honestly. Yesterday it took 2.5 hrs to have my calm, short haired dog get a simple bath and brush. They said 1.5 hrs so I ran some errands and came back 10min past that. They said they just needed to trim her nails and pads and brush her out, should only take 10-15more minutes. But then the same employee took a walk in nail trim which took them 30min to do. Then he finished my dog which took another 15min. I just don't think it's right to not finish up the one who had an appt first, and who had been there too long already, instead of making me & my dog wait another 45min in store.

Abigail was super helpful on our very first visit and did a great job trimming and grinding our pups nails. thank you bunches.
