The groomers did an awesome job with my dog and the price was great. I’m very happy and we finally found a good place to take our dog. They we’re friendly and I am so so very pleased with them since our first experience with a different groomer was terrible and was charged $65 and her paw got nicked and bleeding. Thank you PetSmart 😊
Rusty loves his Jessica!!! She rocks Auss Hole cuts and defirminator is a MUST especially this time of year! So blessed with our local Pet Smart but having Jess in our lives is truly priceless.
Took my older dog that has terrible anxiety and doesn't get around well in for a nail trim. No one and no animals in the salon, but the girl wouldn't do it because she was by herself that day. You can't make an appointment as it is walk-in only service. I tried to explain to her that this is very traumatizing experience for my dog. Girl didn't care, told me to try again another day. Very disappointed that I had to put my poor dog through that. I will not be using Petsmart for any of my animals needs in the future.
