This vet saved our dog, an almost four year old Maltese. He had been to multiple vets, including MU. He was having allergy issues, and we could tell something was wrong with him. We did a lot of research, and made an appointment here. Every single person there was incredible. They took one look at our dog, and jumped into personalized action. They spent hours with him and us, long past closing. They gathered so much information on him. They did immediate treatments, and had long term plans. They went over everything in detail. The team at south side animal clinic is above and beyond exceptional. My basset hound is like my child, a month ago we rushed him into the ICU in the middle of the night. He spent 6 days there. 5 different vets in and out of the ICU told us there was nothing they could do. They all told us to make him comfortable until he passed. They weren’t sure if it was complicated pneumonia, cancer or something else.. none of their test or thousands of dollars could tell us. Not the team at South side, they took serious action. Holistic care is about thinking outside the box and making changes when traditional medicine just can’t. Holistic medicine is listening to the specific patient not just following a protocol. We are 3 weeks into ozone therapy, PEMF therapy and multiple other things they offer. T

They took great care of my dog, I got explanations for everything and copies of research done. They took the time to find things for my dog that he wasn’t allergic to that could help him out the most and I was even able to call over the weekend and talk to someone even though they were technically closed. They are very person and I was never rush into making a decision, they gave all prices up front and let me decide what I wanted to do with the budget I had. I won’t go anywhere else.
