PetSmart Grooming

Took our 5 1/2 month Cavalier here for her first grooming after we went on a hike and she got a bit muddy. Lula Belle came out looking lovely! The team here were so affectionate towards her and did a lovely job! I think either Lindsey or Tiffany (?) did her grooming and we are very happy with the work she did. Our dog came back in good spirits, no marks on her and the other dogs there seemed to be being treated well. Would definitely go back :-)

I don’t normally leave reviews, but after my recent experience at the PetSmart in Rockwall, I feel compelled to speak up. The customer service was beyond disrespectful — ignorant, selfish, hypocritical, and frankly, some of the most unprofessional behavior I’ve ever encountered in a pet store. Let’s start with the way they treat their animals: two hamsters crammed into a tiny 5-gallon tank? Are you kidding me? That’s not just inadequate — it’s neglectful. And don’t get me started on the poor chameleon shoved in another 5-gallon tank with visible scars. That animal looked like it had been through it. It’s not just disappointing, it’s disgusting. Then, I had the audacity to express concern, and instead of receiving understanding or accountability, I was interrogated about my own enclosure

This is about the groomers specifically. They are rude here with poor attitudes. Kayla was very rude in giving information

This was my first time having my dog groomed at PetSmart. I was very happy with how my dog looked. Everything seemed to be fine with her when I picked her up. I will definitely go there again.

horable care of animals, and very disrespectful as soon as i walked in, there were many animals with marks on them.
