The store is great but the dog grooming here is a hit or miss. You can get a nice groomer and a decent xp but never was I served on time here… Today they declined to see my dog, “because we were late… “ even though we stood in the front for 8 minutes… The person that appeared to be some manager was rude, didn’t want to be there or do work and said “you haven’t been here for 8 minutes…” Honestly, plenty less pretentious small shop groomers around like: Waggs and Whiskers. We’ll go support them! With tip too!
The employees of grooming don’t have good actitud to the costumer.
