PetSmart Grooming

I had a terrible experience at this location. I dropped my older dog off at 7 AM for grooming, and they called us at 10 AM saying he had an accident. They told us if he had another one, they’d have to call the vet, and we needed to pick him up. When my boyfriend went to get him, he was still soaked—his legs, chest, and ears were so wet I could ring them out. Isn’t a bath the first step in grooming? The manager explained that they “air dry” older dogs, but why was he still so wet hours later? The groomer also claimed he was stressed and peed because they were so busy. My dog has been professionally groomed every 6 months without issue, even at other Petsmarts. It’s clear they left him in the kennel for too long, didn’t start on him until much later, and still charged us $40 for a bath and “

People that work there are great. Everything is kinda high. 1/2 price on Amazon. No military discount.

I love the groomers at this location! They are so good with my Bandit. He was always a little wiggly and stressed at the groomers, but is doing so much better since they suggested Calming Chews. Today's groomer was Kat, and she was so sweet. Thank you to everyone there!
