Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Staff are not trained properly in order to schedule appointments. I had 3 separate appointments for my dogs which were made online then confirmed over the phone 4-5 days in advance. I received a call the day before my appointments telling me they over booked themselves and I can no longer have my dogs groomed. They have completely screwed me over with trying to get my dogs groomed before I leave out of town before the holidays.
They were quick to trim Tiger's nails!!!! Customer service was awesome 👌 👏 👍
I bring my 60# Samoyed here once every month to get an all over light trim, teeth cleaning and nail grind. Every time I pick her up she looks fabulous. Timberlyn does an excellent job grooming the dogs and is very patient & kind with the animals.
