The ONE groomer who took care of our dog without freaking her out is gone. Our appointment was delayed 3 times and cancelled each time. We were promised a 50% discount for the REPEATED cancellations and failed promises, and guess what. When we finally got in, they changed it to 15%. Not going back if we can find a decent groomer who is actually reliable and doesn't make false promises.
They are way understaffed but everyone was nice. Be patient if you go.
Staff was very friendly and my dogs were taken care of. Will return here again.
Usually someone around to help you, priceless right?
