PetSmart Grooming

If I could give a score of zero I would! They are horrible groomers! They hurt my puppy Bentley cut up his paw bed and cut his nails too short on the other paw and never told me. They said he did good when I picked him up. Once I got home and put Bentley down, he started bleeding from one paw from the nails, they cut too short and his other paw had blood in the creases of the bed. The next day I called and spoke to the manager, the groomer was in the background, swearing and calling me a liar, very unprofessional. I did get my money back, but beware, she’s still working there.

I have been bringing my two giant breed , double coated pups here for the padt year or so. Selena has been excellent in both being professional and caring, as well as doing a great job with both my pups. Erica, a newer groomer, is also very good and caring. I would recommend this location without second thought.

I was very happy with the service. It took a little longer than they expected as my dog does not like to be bathed or blow dried. She is a border collie and I was very pleased with the results and even though it took extra time they did not charge me anymore than what they had quoted me previously.

My dog be going to the grooming salon for long time but ended up that not too long ago The person who was giving him a bath cut his nose because he’s a pug so his little nose is inside but the problem is that she cut his face and she didn’t say anything I’m sure it was an accident but just the fact that she didn’t tell me it made me feel really upset. I don’t think I would ever go back because he also had an allergy on his fur and I called to tell them and they said that unfortunately they couldn’t do anything about it and that they were sorry but unfortunately was too late bc my dog was already sick and we had to find out because they didn’t even told us (about the cut) bc ofc they didn’t know about the allergy.

They take to dame long .I dropped my dog at 11am and nothing yet time is now 2pm.
