I have a dog who shows aggression when nails re trimmed. I believe our groomers name today was Sarah. She did such a good job trying to calm my pup. She had so much patience and was very gentle and calm. She tried her best but unfortunately my dog would not cooperate. The groomer educated me on multiple ways I could desensitize her nails. I never felt rushed or that my dog was a problem. Just that she needs help and more work with desensitizing. I would recommend her to others. Thank you !

DO NOT bring your pet to get groomed here. My poor sweet angel of a dog came back home with what looks like razor burn and cuts on her body. Absolutely not okay, especially knowing her temperament and how well behaves while being groomed. Never coming here again. These photos were taken a few days later, and her skin was more severely red shortly after coming home.

Do not bother doing online pick up because you will end up with missing items. The point of this feature is convenience, however, save yourself the headache and go in and shop yourself. Went to the car, missing a whole bag of food. Got home and counted the other items and was short 2. Really? Totally inconvenient!

I wouldn’t bring my dog to be groomed here again… my dog hasn’t ever had problems with fleas in his entire life and the one time I go to have him groomed by someone other than me within 1-2 weeks he is like infested with fleas and it’s a nightmare! The groom itself was what I wanted but I’d rather my dog have long hair and 0 fleas. My poor baby has Been itching like crazy and skin is irritated. He is also not an outdoor dog and has been having the same routine in the 4 years he’s been alive. I’m disappointed….

I am impressed and I do not put names on these with a female that has an obsession with Frenchies. Grace had a great spa day! Thank you….
