PetSmart Grooming

Petsmart was my favorite place to take my dog for grooming. But not no more. My husband took our standard poodle in to get her ears, top of her head and tail cut right because the grooming she had on a few days before the groomer seemed rushed because the store was closing very soon so I didn’t push the situation. She didn’t cut her ears, tail or the top of her head. Mind you she had been getting groomed there for almost a year, no problems. He got back home with her and she doesn’t look like a poodle no more. I called and talked to the grooming manager (Jeanette). She said she groomed her to my husband’s specifications. I told her she didn’t do what my husband wanted. She was very rude on the phone and said I am sorry and It will grow back . So here is what my Ruby pictures before and aft

We absolutely love Abbey. I am an over protective pet Mama and I love that our dogs are excited to see her. It gives me peace that she loves our babies so much

Got our girl home only to have her completely covered in mats and compaction still. Paid $100 for a bath and a dry apparently. The girl knew ahead of time this was going to be a big job since we had just gotten this dog from the pound and she had already seen her before, but she obviously doesnt care. Didn't even find out it was this bad until last night as my dog is very large and fluffy naturally so I tried to brush her only to find she was living in severe pain. This is egregious and now I'm trying to find another groomer last minute because I'm 7 months pregnant and can't physically do a full groom.

My dogs have been going to PetSmart for years now and I must say that Regina is the Best!! She always makes sure that they are well taken care of.

PetSmart did a really good job taking care of of my English bulldog. Katie and Charlie are always great with him.
