I have a very shy dog that doesn't like people at first, and I'm always nervous for her to meet new people. She usually growls and barks when I take her anywhere. She has been to The Ruff House twice now for about a week at a time and she seems to love it there.
The Ruff House is ☆☆☆☆☆ We got updates via text during their 3day stay! The dogs were happy & well taken care of. Everything was so new & clean. They smelled so good when we picked them up! We feel great about the ruff house! They are amazing!
Dropped my dog off for New Years weekend and he was taken great care of. This kennel is very new and it is very nice! Dogs have plenty of room in their kennels and they have cameras to monitor your animals at all times. The staff is super friendly and they are very reasonable on prices! Highly recommend!
I LOVE this place! My dog is always happy to stay. The staff is so friendly, helpful and accommodating. And they do such a great job grooming. BEST KENNEL EVER!
The Ruff House is the absolute best boarding/grooming facility in Cullman! The entire staff is friendly, attentive, and keep your pet's safety at heart. The building is exceptionally clean with no odors at all. My dog is always clean and happy when we pick her up. Drop off and pick up is uncomplicated and streamlined. I am very particular about who keeps our little cocker spaniel, but I never worry when she is at The Ruff House. I know from repeat experience Piper is in the hands of caring, competent people who sincerely love her like their own while we are away.
