Staff is always polite and very helpful
Horrible customer service support for the register, 2 managers walking around with a full long line of people & the register person apologized to the guys for the wait he should not have to do that the managers should be helping.
I declined additional services twice and in response the groomer made changes to increase the price other ways. A 7 pound 6 month old with no matted hair or tangles was raised to 72 dollars.
Amanda was fantastic with both my fur babies. Exceptional customer service.
They were friendly and had some great deals on tanks.
