Pet Wants Chino Hills

Our Silly Putty loved her bath at Pet Wants! So easy and fun! I love not making a mess at my house. And it's a fun little outing for the family. Thank you Pet Wants!

Lauren and Taylor were such an immense help today! Lauren introduced us into the store and gave us a quick tour. We needed gifts for the dogs in our Sit Means Sit training group who have been helping us with our pup and Lauren helped us so much! She even gift wrapped them so cute!! We were given samples of venison and even got help finding a balm for our pups paws. They have a freezer section for yogurts, ice creams, birthday cakes, cookies and they sell our dog’s favorite snack: FREEZE DRIED CHICKEN HEARTS! They have the cutest events and the staff are highly informative of pet needs and items that could supplement their health. My dog had seasonal allergies and got ear infections. I wanted to find a solution without getting injections. We we're giving Rubi food from Sam's club which we have since she was a puppy with no issue until the last 2-3 years which was very frustrating. We stopped in at Pet Wants in late Nov 2025 and spoke to Marijjane.. She was wonderful, she listened to what i have been going through and suggested we started off with fish oil for the Omega 3 twice a day and a bag of salmon with brown rice. We were mixing it with our old food to get rid of it. I added there Organic Gound Seed to her diet for the flaxseed. Well Rubi's belly was turning red again, no ear infection or anything. Took my fur babies to Pet Wants to try out their self service dog wash. It was awesome! Clean and easy to use. Their coats are really soft and they smell so good! (Shampoo and conditioner provided by them) The ladies that work there were extremely welcoming and helpful. They spoiled each one of my pups with treats. I will definitely be using this dog wash station regularly!
