Worst experience ever. They traumatized my puppy Milli. The groomer named Holly treated my puppy so bad and cut off one of Milli’s nipples. They had to rush her to the hospital and didn’t even informed us about the accident. When I went back to check on how she is doing, then they said she was at the hospital. They had to fire this groomer Holly but she is still working there. She doesn’t even feel sorry for what she did. Milli just moved to United States. This is her first grooming in United States. I really wish it went well ☹️ But if you love your dog stay away for this store.
Back story. I just had surgery and had my dog at kennel while I was in capacitated. He med a bath afterwards, so I decided to take him to petsmart grooming. Worst experience ever!! Will not ever do that again. Had appointment for 1:30pm. Dropped him off on time. Groomer said they were busy and over booked and might take a little extra time and they would call once he was ready. Well after 4hrs we stopped back and they said he wasn't ready. This is a 60lbs dog in for a wash only. Pour a bucket of water over him, shampoo, and rinse. 4.5 hours!! Them I get a call and they said he's ready, but not before then telling me that he's been ready since 215pm and they firehouse to call and tell us he's is ready to pick up.
