They will ask you to book weeks in advance and then call you 24 hours before your appointment and move it to the most inconvenient time for you and say they double booked. They've done that to me on several occasions. They don't have any respect for anyone's time and they don't know how to properly manage an appointment book. In addition to that, you never know how good of a job you're going to get because half of them have very little experience so one time it will look great and the next time it looks like garbage. I will never come back here.
Lady working at the grooming place doesnt know how to handle dogs and refuses to take my pup for last 3 attempts to get grooming service. No other place goves me problems like this. My dog is nervous, thats it. You guys need to hore people who arent afraid of larger dogs. No one else complains besides that one. This was my last attempt.
