Unfortunately I tried to go and utilize the walk in grooming services and even though it was within the listed hours (4:30 on a Sunday), there was no one there. This was very frustrating because I live out of town and brought my dog with on errands for no reason now. I have previously used the walk in services and had great experiences, but this was disappointing as it was a waste of my time today. If your hours are different, it would be helpful if they could be updated on your website to reflect the true times.
My dog always comes out looking brand-new and happy as can be!
