PetSmart

My puppies love their new harnesses! And when we went into the store to pick them out they got so much attention. Plus I bought one harness that unfortunately didn't fit my big long dog. But no worries, returns are easy!

Hard to find items around the store. Staff was generally knowledgeable about where items were, but not always. Prices were not always displayed.

I am a fish owner I don't think I should have to go to PetSmart all the time to buy new fish but every time when I go to PetSmart in Nova is working I feel like I get a great deal because he's knowledgeable he tells me what's up he tells me the downsides and plus sides of certain fish and he really knows his stuff he's not afraid to pull the fish out of the aquarium I really like Nova he's an awesome worker for now on whenever I go to PetSmart I'm going to call to see if Nova is working in the Fish Department he's awesome and quickand super duper awesome I've shopped at PetSmart from California to Minnesota and by far Nova is the best worker

I brought my dog into PetSmart over the weekend for a grooming and everyone was very friendly and professional. The grooming area and lobby were both kept clean. My dog, who typically isn’t a fan of having his nails trimmed, behaved well with the staff due to their attention to detail and genuine care for my dog. I am impressed by the grooming staff and I am definitely going to be bringing my dog back here. I couldn’t recommend it enough. Dog mom and dog approved.

First time having my pups groomed here, the staff were so kind and friendly! Our pups have never been happier. We will definitely be coming back!!
