Just moved to the area and tried twice to have our dog groomed. The first time the cut was long and the groomer said they had been cautious because our dog was old and had skin bumps. True, but groomers at Bethesda and other Pet Smarts have always been able. The second time we were called to pick up our dog because he was too agitated after his bath to be groomed. I'm not sure what the problem is, but we'll clearly need to groom our dog somewhere else. Customer service was great and the groomer was very apologetic and compassionate. She also provided a list of other groomers to try. Your experience may be different.
Was told whole schedule was open, come down to get nails trimmed. Showed up 25 minutes later and was told an hour wait. 3 people there, 1 actually doing a service and nobody can trim nails?
Friendly service and my pup looked and smelled great.
Store is always ckean, associates are pleasant and friendly.
