PetSmart Grooming

Normally don’t have any complaints or concerns with this grooming salon but the phone call I just made makes me never want to bring my pet here again. I called and simply asked what the availability today was, and was not greeted, no introduction just harsh attitude and a nasty “we’re booked up today” not “we’re full today but what’s a better day/ time” I am and RVT at a vet hospital and even on my bad days I treat each human on the phone with the same compassion and walk them through scheduling. I understand work place stress and working with animals but is this attitude being transferred on to my pets? I’m beyond unimpressed.

Girls here are always listen to what I'd like done to my boys and seem to be happy doing what they're doing. I've never had a bad experience, and with my one wiggle worm pup, I'm always surprised that they get done what is needed. Thank you!

I'm taking my son with his ESA to PetSmart for the dog training, the person who works with them is just great, shes knowledgeable and patient, all of the employees are always kind and act professional.

She was great and so patient with my American bully! The price was awesome and will definitely be coming back!
