If I could give 0 stars I would never buy a reptile from this place I bought a ball python and in a matter a few weeks it was laying on its back I took it to the vet they said he had to have had this b4 i got him its when they share enclosures with other snakes its not my fault and I had to put him down it was called inclusion body disease never buy a reptile from pet smart they dont take care of their animals nor do they care

Every time we go into this location, we are welcomed with smiles and pets (for my dog, of course). Their brand of indestructible toys are the best I've found to stand up to my super chewer. The employees' knowledge of products is exceptional. Every time I have a question, they are there with an answer or solution. Did I mention THEY MATCH THEIR ONLINE PRICES! Would be a 5 star, but we did not agree with the quality of the grooming versus the price. We will be back soon!

I got my dog groomed here many times. I wasn’t ecstatic about the results but you get what you pay for. Keep in mind my dog is a border collie x golden retriever. She is very fluffy and has long thick hair. When I wash and blow dry her it takes 2+ hours. Last time I brought her here she was there for 3 hours. They called me 1.5 hours after drop off and said she was done. So she was washed, blow dried, hair trimmed, nails trimmed, ears cleaned, etc, in 1.5 hours??? Weird. I get there to pick her up and she is still wet!! You cannot leave a dog wet, especially with her kind of coat!! They need to be dried COMPLETELY and she wasn’t. She doesn’t even smell like soap in the slightest… I am very disappointed and will not be back!

This place seriously let me down. I haven’t been able to afford to get my dogs groomed in awhile. I splurged to get it done and added the extra cologne spritz and bandana for an extra $22. I paid over $100 for my golden mix and his back paws weren’t groomed properly. They didn’t trim his double dew claws and when I picked them up they didn’t have bandanas or cologne spritz. When I said something all I got was “oh we have so many dogs it’s hard to keep track. I paid almost $50. You need to keep track. And I don’t think their teeth were even brushed. I won’t be back.
