Doc is gentle, patient, and truly understands the importance of bedside manner, including pets. The veterinary assistants are top notch professionals and Doc is adept at telling you what's important without scaring me. So thankful Sheldon is in such capable hands.

I was desperate to have my cat seen for an allergy around my cat’s eyes. I was able to get in the same day I called. Dr. Hardin and his staff are simply great. As a healthcare worker myself for 30yrs, I recognize and respect the knowledge & experience Dr. Hardin gives generously to the community. He’s also kind and considerate to his pet patients and their panicked parents. I’ve only had to see him twice so far; but I would rate his knowledge, care and professionalism highly.

I brought my kitten in that I found and they were so helpful. They let the kittens stay for the weekend because I didn’t have nowhere to keep the kitten. I would definitely recommend this place. They were very nice and accommodating.

Staff are rude. If you have valid concerns for your dog they just brush you off and don’t care. This was my first experience and I was met with such disrespect and negative attitude. It seemed like a huge inconvenience for them to answer my questions; like I was stupid for bothering them. I would recommend going somewhere with better bedside manner and willingness to help.
