★★★★★ I had a great experience at PetSmart. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. It’s clear they care about both the pets and the people who come through the doors. The store itself was clean and well-organized, which made shopping easy and enjoyable. Everything was stocked and easy to find, and the overall atmosphere felt positive and professional. The service was excellent from start to finish. I truly appreciate the attentiveness and customer care. I’ll definitely be returning for future pet needs.

We just got our son a leopard gecko. And this is my wife and my first pet other than a dog or cat. The staff was super helpful in helping us get set up with everything we need to care care of this thing. Will definitely be going back every weekend to buy food for the gecko.

Claire was incredible, kind and accommodating. I had a specific need and while she not only stopped what she was doing with other employees, she radioed up to the front to make sure my specific needs were communicated before I even got there. Hands down she is amazing. Deserves a raise, she will be the reason I shop there VS competitors. Thank you for making a very stressful night manageable 🖤

Just got our aussie back from the groomer at this location and.... WHAT? They were supposed to clipper her butt (essentially a hygiene trim) a bit and trim the extra long whispies on her legs. We also paid for furminator brushing. Instead, her butt remains un-clippered, her coat remains un-furminatored (judging from the loose clumps of undercoat that we can pull out with our fingers) and they gave her a whack haircut that defies explanation. I don't even know what to say. Why would anyone cut an aussie coat like this? Just no.

There is a sign at checkout which clearly indicates 'line starts here' however employees completely ignore this sign and wait on people who just walk up. The cashier even looked in the direction of this line twice. When I brought it to her attention as I was leaving, she stated she was just trying to get the line down. There were only 2 people in line who followed your stores instructions. If employees aren't going to follow the stores established guidelines -- consider getting employees who will or remove the sign.
