This business went above and beyond to provide an excellent customer experience. Our cats eat a specific type of food that no one else in town carries. J&T not only offered to order it for us, but they even called beforehand to confirm whether we needed the 3 oz cans or the 5 oz cans. That level of attention to detail and customer care is rare, and it really shows how much they value their customers. Highly recommended.

Always a great place to go to! It's lively and welcoming. I think I get asked like 3 times each time if I have any questions or need help. They offer training and grooming services and have a wide variety for dog stuff. Better than any other pet store in town.

I cannot recommend this place enough. I live in the middle of nowhere, down in the south, with extremely limited options for my dog, Guinness. His birthday is coming up and I wanted to replenish his chews, food, and treats. I asked Teri if she’d be willing to send me a box within my budget and it did not disappoint. They truly care about the pets they provide for and it shows. I want to say thank you again to Teri and Jeff, who I believe both worked on my Dachshunds special birthday box.

Helpful associates and a guy gave me a bunch of free samples so I can see what my pug will like. I'll be back to buy a big bag soon! Also my son got his finger stuck in the front door and the cashier let him use an ice pack. Super sweet people and great customer service. I'm glad a customer I met at Petco recommended them to me for a better fitting harness!
