Had everything we were looking for and gladly made an exchange when we purchased the wrong size in anticipation of our adopted dog’s size! If anything, they should ban us from coming back after Murphy barked his head off at a tiny poodle—rude!

I ordered online and it was ready within an hour. Associates were friendly and professional. After putting everything in the car I went back in to pick up a few extra things for my cats. The store was very well stocked and clean. 👍

I had a very disappointing experience. The staff was rude and added extra charges for minor issues. They claimed my dog tried to bite and had matted hair, which is not true he is well behaved and regularly groomed. My grooming instructions were clearly stated, but the groomer refused to follow them and insisted on grooming my Yorkie in a style I did not want. I was called to pick him up after 45 minutes without the service being completed. I will not be returning.

We were happily greeted right when we walked in! Thank you 😄 Today was Mochii's Gotcha Day so I wanted to treat her to some toys and treats. The store was super clean and organized. She couldn't decide what to pick out because there were so many choices and lots of sales! A very happy customer! We will be back soon!

We can always find a variety of canned food that our senior cat is able to eat. The store is always clean and very well organized. Beyond the aforementioned, our shopping is always made more enjoyable due to the pleasant and very knowledgeable employees.
