I was in a bind today and called Petco in Greece, NY. I was connected to Dalton who not only went above and beyond to answer my questions, but when I went into the store to pick up the gate, continued to provide amazing customer service. It was refreshing to have an employee who took a genuine interest in helping me solve a problem.

DO NOT RECOMMEND the grooming department with the grooming manager named Rachel at the Greece location was very nasty unwelcoming not professional. Knowing that a pet may need some time to acclimate to the surroundings, she was very quickly dismissing my sweet dog. In my opinion she should not be working with customers pets at all. Your pet deserves a professional, warm & friendly service.
