I finally got the bird I’ve been looking at and the associates were extremely helpful and kind. However, since posting about him everyone is saying he is 1-2 years old when the birth certificate claims he’s only less than 8 months. I thought it was illegal to give out false birth certificates at chain stores like this. Don’t know how much I should trust it now and I’m not very happy about it.

The staff was very nice. We enjoyed the variety of animals for sale. The gecko's, chameleon, and fish were super cool. We enjoyed looking at the cats up for adoption. I would suggest the opportunity to actually be able to hold the cats. We were told that that was not an option. I think it definitely should be an option, even if there needs to be a waiver to sign. This pet store actually lets you use the public bathroom.

The staff I have interacted with on three different occasions was very rude. One time was picking up an online order and the other two were purchasing fish. She was discouraging me from purchasing any fish I asked for. She threw out all kinds of reasons why I shouldn’t purchase the fish. I have since bought the same fish I wanted at a different store and they are thriving very well. No issues have come up. I did contact the manager who apologized and was unaware that the employee was acting like this. She gave me her contact info to let her know if I had further issues. I just stopped going there.

My son and I went in and wanted to learn about the birds for sale. The associate who help educate us was very nice and took the time to educate him on the birds and what we needed to do to properly take care of one. This is the first time in years someone took the time to speak to us and was so kind about it! Thank you so much and we decided to purchase one, I will be looking for her. A special shout out to that associate and being so kind and professional!!!!

Good selection of items and some of those hard to find exotic pet thingsnnnsometimes the prices are higher than big box stores. Clean, organized, friendly.
