Amazing employees at this installation! We recently got out baby girl the tortoise and they help us with everything we need for her, they went about and beyond to make this experience one of the best! The place is super organized and clean and fully stocked, I definitely recommend this place!!

This store is full of knowledgeable employees that also love what they do! Friendly faces and implementable information. I've worked with Lizzie, Paige, Jess and Marilyn on several occasions and been very impressed on each visit. I much prefer this location to the "major" pet supply retailers.

Amazing staff!! You can tell they love their jobs and all the animals. They also take pride in all the care that is provided for the animals. I fell in love with daffy weeks ago and couldn’t resist (I finally brought her home yesterday). All the heartfelt goodbyes she received on the way out , you could tell she was very loved and cared for. The positive energy around this pet store is incredible. Love love these guys. My favorite above all is that the staff has reptiles of their own! I was impressed with the knowledge for that reason.

Pricey but totally worth it for the quality of not just products they provide but genuine knowledge as well. Love the self serve dog wash. Especially since they provide literally everything you need.

Update: I've went back and Jessica was amazing! She was super knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me pick out all i needed for my baby ball python. She was a wealth of knowledgeable and actually helped guide me through developing a bond with my baby. I will 100000% be back!!! Love this place! Super friendly staff and great selection. We got (another) snake from here the other day and he/she instantly became part of the family. The snake will sit on our shoulders while we are watching a movie and just loves to be held and loved. Their reptiles are in great shape!
