Lobster came out of the groomer happy, handsome, smelling and looking like he could steal your girl and grandmother! Easiest booking process-if you have a PetSmart account, you can do everything online from appointment booking to checkout. They have various slots and groomers. I pet sit for a side gig, and most of the daycare and boarding babies come to this place for their grooming and was recommended to me. I will be coming back!

I've never bought anything inside but I do love picking up stuff outside. I've waited at other places for a long time when they say it's ready but it's actually not. I truly appreciate that when my stuff is actually ready this PetSmart alerts me and not with bogus alerts. Thanks much 🫶🏼

My cheap SunSun canister filter recently gave out, so I decided to get a Fluval 207 to replace it. I needed to make sure the inner hose diameter of the Fluval matched my SunSun hoses so I asked if we could open the Fluval in store to measure the hoses, and they were quite helpful with that. I did not inspect any other component, as this was a "new" product. Got home to find the power head had definitely been used. There is significant calcium buildup in the valves and all around the top, electrical tape around the cord, and a motor that rattles and barely works. Brought it back in to exchange, NOT REFUND, and was told that it's a manufacturer issue now and that I would need to contact them. Sitting here with a $150 paperweight and a call into customer service with a claim filed. Will upda
