Appreciate that they offer opportunities to adopt new best friends on weekends. Staff is friendly. They are well stocked with items for friends in any shape and sizes.

This has been my go to pet store since I moved to Germantown. I bought a fish tank 10 years ago and they have supplied everything. Great knowledgeable staff who are friendly and helpful. Great variety of products and live fish - everything I need. Whether you own a cat, dog, bird or other animal, they have it a grooming center, an animal hospital, training center and adoption center. The store is clean and full of product. Stop on by. You won’t be disappointed.

This place is awesome, so many different things for so many different animals, they always have training grooming adoption and the clinc all under one roof 😱🤯 the prices aren't to bad, my kids love it here and you also get to meet a dog or 2 from different customers, staff definitely is friendly and very knowledgeable, be careful with those adoption cats they'll let you know if they don't like you 😂 (my wife got scratched and I got a lick) overall 5 stars I'll be back! I took my dog to the groomer few months ago. The groomer made my dog bleed not only one ear. Both ears at the same spot. It took weeks for her to heal. I only ask for a fur trim. The groomer shave her down. She was cold outside because she had no fur. I couldn’t tell if the groomer trim her nails or not. The groomer did not give her a bath. I have to give her one myself when we got home. We won’t be going back there again.
