Her sensitivity toward, and empathy for, both me and my little Jasper were evident throughout our interactions. This was the first time I was using grooming services here in florida. Riley took care of both of my dogs and did an excellent job I would recommend her Kylie to anyone who is looking for grooming for their pets. Very satisfied

I went to this PetSmart store on 2/17/26, I stopped taking my dog there for grooming more than 1.5 years ago. There is hardly anything good I can say about this place. In the past, several times, they didn't log my appointments, so I'll show up and they couldn't take my dog because she wasn't on their schedule or I would have to wait 10/15 minutes after the appointment time, until the groomers show up. Today, nothing was different. I went at 10:20am for a10:30 appointment. There was no nobody at the place, I asked a store manager about the grooming people, he said they should be coming soon. The groomers, all of them, didn't show up until 20 minutes before 11am; none of them or a manager, if there is a manager, apologize for their delay. My two fur babies got groomed by Chanaye today and she did a wonderful job, from check in to the hair cut to the customer service 5 stars!!! Nolen and Bentley had a great day at the spa and can’t wait to come back and she her!! Definitely recommend!
