We’ve been taking our doodles to Barry and he is fantastic! He really takes his time and I appreciate his patience with our big dogs! Our dogs have never looked better! Thanks Barry and we’ll see you soon!

I would like to thank Rebecca , my years long groomer at PetSmart in Mt Olive, for all the great cuts & care she has given my poodles. She is an animal whisperer. Although my dogs can get fidgety, Rebecca always comes through with a beautiful job! Thanks Rebecca! From Chloe, G, and Snicker Doodle.

I went to see what was on Christmas 🎄 clarence so I could donate some more things to Eleventh Hour Rescue in town. There was not much but I found a Christmas small dog/cat plush bed that wasn't marked w/a price. I asked the very friendly cashier to check the price & it rang up regular price. She asked an unpleasant woman, who I assume is a Manager, if it was discounted due to being a Christmas item. She shook her head abruptly no, though I even mentioned it was a holiday item & I intended on donating it to our town's non-profit animal rescue organization. Wow! Not only a disheartening interaction w/a manager but disappointing as well considering it was for charity. This Petsmart location has really deteriorated in friendliness, professionalism & general kindness. I'll be soley ordering onl

Ordered online for same day delivery because I don’t have time to get to the store this week. Specifically ordered cat grass. Received 2 dead, brown wilted and dried out $20 cat grasses. What is wrong with the person picking them out?! You guys don’t look at your inventory?! Disgusting! I had to call the 800 number which was another 40 minutes so they could figure out how to fix it because apparently they can’t return “live” items. Even though the grass was so beyond dead it’s already reincarnated as a future Petsmart manager! Hopefully this manager does better than the last.

Always had a good friendly experience at the Flanders location. Unfortunately today my mother witnessed something very troubling. While in the grooming wait area, she saw how one of the groomers was extremely aggressive with a dog that was clearly in pain. This was at around 1:15 pm. We cancelled the appointment, and the very un-reassuring answer we were told was “don’t worry, your dog won’t be groomed by her”. Meaning the aggressive groomer. We asked again to cancel the appointment and will be looking for another groomer place. I just think.. what if the owner of this dog would’ve been present.. Josue Sandoval.
