Eleventh Hour Rescue Kennel

Absolutely a wonderful place! I started volunteering here as a dog foster 16 years ago. I stopped doing the dogs when I had kids and switched to kitten fostering. My family and I have also adopted multiple furry kids there. Everyone has always been extra and wonderful.

We adopted our dog Cooper from Eleventh Hour a week ago. We couldn't have been more pleased with the adoption process from the initial application to the day we picked up Cooper. The staff couldn't have been more pleasant to work with.

I adopted a cat (Rory) I was fostering. Everything was taken care of from start to finish. He was neutered, given all age-appropriate vaccines and even has a microchip! All were included in the adoption fee. A neuter alone can cost upwards of $600 so the fee of $175 (he is an adult) saved a load of money. The staff were supportive and patient and helped me through the whole process. Amazing rescue.

11th hour is my favorite rescue ! We were looking to adopt a dog specifically wanted to chihuahua or chihuahua mix and looked at several rescues. We found Coco and fell in love . The volunteers are amazing and you can tell they really have love for the animals. I found a picture of Coco on fb and messaged the volunteer Tiffany to ask some more questions about Coco. Tiffany was so sweet and gave helpful insights about Coco formally Topeka. The whole screening process was painless. They did a good job of verifying adopters without feeling too invasive. My next dog will be an 11th hour dog 🐕 🥰
