This is horrendous. Several dead fish. Its clear they've been dead for days. I get they are "just fish" but seriously? Do you ever check on them? Go to Marysville guys. They care about all the animals in their care.

** BE AWARE!! READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE BRINGING YOUR DOG HERE. PLEASE REACT TO THIS REVIEW TO BRING AWARENESS TO DOG OWNERS. We brought in our dog about an hour before close on 11/11/2025. The person cut our dogs nails too far back, resulting in bleeding in their nail. This was our first time bringing our dog in for a nail trim. Our dog was whining and crying after taking her back once her nail trim was complete. She never cries or whines after nail trims. I wouldn't trust these people with your dog AT ALL. I attached a photo of her nail.

To you…ANGELA of Petsmart Grooming salon, Everett Mall Way. What did you do to my puppy? You did an awful haircut!!! Very disappointed!!! If i could give a zero star, i would!!! People, please do not make an appointment to this lady if you really want to go in this location. Please see photos of my poor puppy :(

The staff is so helpful and friendly. You can take your pets to pick their treats. Super cute apparel for any size pet!! I recently purchased a thunder jacket for our new rescue, for the 4th of july. The Jacket was to big. They had no problem exchanging it for a smaller size. Thank you pet smart. We are signed up for dog training 8 week course. Cant wait for the help!!

At no point when I asked if we don’t get along with the kitten did they say you do not get a refund! I mean am I just clueless for buying a kitten for the first time? I asked if we don’t get along with the kitten can we return him she said yes take him to the Humane Society. Too bad we didn’t k ow about this it wasn’t even 24hrs. I think we would have been better going to the Humane Society to find that we would rather have an older cat for our life style. Mars hope you find a fitting home & enjoy all the gifts we bought you.
