A Pet Spa

Our 4-month-old Aussiedoodle puppy had her very first grooming experience. We love her new look, we can finally see her eyes 😍 Since it was her first time, it was expected the appointment to be more of an introductory groom to help desensitize her. The groomer mentioned she was wiggly and needed 3 people to help groom her. We truly appreciate their care, patience and understanding for our little pup. On a side note: We understand they’re busy, but as first-time puppy parents, a little more time for guidance would have been nice. It would have been really helpful to have a bit more communication and explanation throughout the process—such as what to expect during a puppy’s first groom, what was done during the visit, and what we should work on or expect for future grooming appointments.

The first 3 are after photos are the first two are obviously before! They did so good with my dog and her hair has never felt so silky smooth! Medicated shampoo was definitely worth it and every other add-on we booked!

I have taken Sunnyside my rescue puppy, In for "the works" and she always comes back looking and smelling lovely. They are the only people who have touched her. Everyone is so kind, patient, and gentle with my dogs. My poodles always come home looking adorable, smelling fresh, and feeling happy. You can really tell they care about each pet they work with. I brought my tiny senior recent rescue yorkie Bonnie for a full grooming. I wasnt sure what to expect since it's the first time I took a dog for grooming. But she looks so fresh and clean now, and she seemed happy and comfortable with the groomers when I picked her up, and it sounds like it went very well 🤩. I struggled to trim her nails myself but they all look great now! Her face is trimmed nice and neat and pretty so it's out of her eyes and mouth and she looks ADORABLE. Even got a cute bandana out of it haha. I especially appreciated their transparent pricing on their website. Price isn't cheap, but reasonable after comparing w a few different places, especially for the high quality service you get!
