Today I had the best experience having my dog, Myah, groomed by Alicia. Alicia truly cared for my dog and provided the best grooming we have ever had with our husky. I have been to many groomers the 11 years I have had her and Alicia is by far the best. Thank you Alicia!

Took my two shelties to get them groomed they had them from 9 o’clock in the morning till 4 o’clock in the afternoon and when they came home, my full size did not even look like himself. I don’t think she knew how to groom a sheltie it’s the middle of winter and she gave him a summer haircut The other one was a mini sheltie, and he looked like he had been butchered and their excuse was they were both so matted that she had to do it, but the full-size one was not matted

Luna was there for 5 hours today waiting to be groomed. It is concerning as she doesn’t like to be there and gets stressed. I will say that Cam, her groomer, was very pleasant and apologetic. She did a nice job.

12/17 4:30pm. Went to store to get a Kong mat that showed in stock at this store. Looked but only found other sizes. Looked around entire store for employee for assistance. None to he found. One register open, so I asked young man if there was anyone who could help. He said someone would come help as he requested assistance on his radio. I went to the dog bed area and waited. 10 minutes later, nobody. Left and will buy elsewhere. No wonder people shop online. Nobody wants to work anymore. Sad...
