As far as pet *supplies* go, this place has a wide range and the cashiers are always friendly. But the fish. Boy oh boy, the fish. This store is a prime example of why big box stores shouldn't sell live animals - their fish are always depressing. On one occasion half of their feeder fish tank was dead. Today I went and noticed several dead fish, many lethargic fish, and fish with fin rot. It was really sad. I went up to the cashier where the fish staff member was, as I had some questions about the condition of their stock. Without any prompting she tells me she can't sell any fish because they had ich. (I went back and looked, didn't see any obvious ich, just the general state of infirm). I informed her of the several dead fish across the board and just got a "yep" back. That especially d

Dropped off my dog for a grooming appointment to cut his hair. They had him for FIVE hours before completing him, and there are many imperfections. After I got home and inspected him, I will never let Justina near him again. Multiple areas where she was just careless. I heard her with another customer who was also not happy with her dog, and Justina blamed the dog. She should go back to school and learn to take accountability for her mistakes.

Employee Tammy would benefit from being aware of walking on the correct side of traffic in aisles for safety/consideration and maintaining a more positive attitude when she runs into customers. Mind you, I was already walking down the right side of the empty aisle and she chose to walk directly toward me despite her already heading down her open lane beside me. She thinks I didn’t hear her scoff under her breath but I sure did. I hope she has a better day to fix that attitude of hers.

We selected a grooming for our puppy for $45, but then they charged us $75, and said the puppy age for this price changed to 5 months old or less, from 6 months old or less. We won’t get our grooming there anymore, as the price quoted just 3 days before was not honored. The person at the checkout said we should have paid online before and we would have gotten the lower price of $45. That feels shifty and out of integrity. Good luck with that kind of customer service.

Love this location so much, the staff are very welcoming and are always willing to help with most things, that being said, I recently went to purchase items like live plants and decor for a beta tank I was setting up. I had run into this gnarly looking bamboo that was out for purchase and decided I wanted to buy it. Once I came home however I then realized upon further inspection that it had been infested with baby shrimp. Not sure what kind or how to care for them so I had to separate and store them in a separate glass. I came to purchase decor and ended up with live shrimp in a glass on my desk living off of moss. Please do better with this
