They did such a great job for my Buster during his grooming session. They had convenient availability and the ladies were so gentle and kind. They said Buster did great! Thank you so much!

First time visiting this Petsmart for the grooming. Jeanie did an amazing job! He looks just like the inspo pic I showed her. All of the staff was very kind and patient with my baby (he has anxiety issues). Would definitely make the drive here again!

Hailey always does an amazing job grooming our mini Shih Tzu. All of the employees are helpful and friendly. 10/10 would recommend. Prices are super reasonable compared to other private groomers nearby in my experience.

The grooming office is poorly run. After my dog’s last grooming they told me how well he did (since using mild sedation) and how I should use it every time. I pulled into the parking lot for his appointment today and they called saying he’s too difficult for their groomers to groom and to reschedule when the only competent person is there. I scheduled him last week and no one mentioned that he couldn’t be groomed. I was also told that I shouldn’t have booked online ( o one ever told me I couldn’t book online for my super scary and difficult collie 🙄). So I sedated my dog this morning for nothing. I would have understood had someone called me the day before (or anytime before I was in the parking lot). It’s a shame because the location is close to my house but I’ll be finding a more profess

I Love the Grooming Team at this location! They're always so patient and kind; they take the time to educate and guide me every time I take my puppy Skye in for a puppy bath or a puppy cut. They're professional and excellent groomers!
