PetSmart

Scheduled a bath for my pitty bull, Peach, with Jaca. I don’t know if it was due to my ethnicity or the fact that my dog is a Pitbull but she claimed Peach tried to bite her. I know Peach is fearful towards strangers but she doesn’t bite. I took her to Petco for a bath with a groomer she’s never met to test the theory. She was fine and they had no complaints so it makes me wonder if she did something to Peach or if she just didn’t want to service us. I’d go for anything except grooming.

I had the worst experience at this store. I got off work late and needed cat food for my sick cat that just had surgery. I got there three minutes before they closed. The male manager was at the door and told me they were about to close. I said, "Okay, I only need one minute to get food." I grabbed my cat food and came to the register, and the manager said, "I can't ring you up, I just closed the register." It was literally 7:01. A female employee even told him, "Hold on, there's one more person," but he still hurried up and closed the register on purpose. So I couldn't check out. He was very rude and disrespectful on top of it. For him, being a manager, that's the worst customer service. I understand they are closing, but sometimes things happen, and I don't think one minute would affect

I love this store!!!!! I come to this store at least twice a week I have a zoo the people that work here are so amazing and they saved my bearded dragon I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart you guys are amazing

Went to go get a replacement name tag name tag was made in less than 5 minutes the nicest workers clean place

I had My dog Blue groomed at petsmart he smells so good ! Barb was his groomer she groomed him before she always dose a good job on him ! I have other groomers groomed him and they done a good job 2 ! I will always bring my dogs to petsmart for grooming needs I really trust them!
