What in the actually vet world is this never in life has a tech been train to give DHPP/ Lepto in 2 vaccines it’s a darn combo shot !!! And in the hips look at these lumps !!! A knot okay cool but lumps!!! This vaccine is given in the right shoulder or the stuff of the neck !!!! Then I’m told she never got her first lepto/dhpp her first visit because she was to young!!! They start the first booster from 6 to 8 weeks!!! Now idk what they gave my dog!! I will be calling the nva tomorrow morning after I come up there and show these techs out to restrain and give a vaccine. Dhpp/ lepto is a 3 to 4 part series booster 1st one is given at 6 to 8 weeks. 2nd one is given at 11 to 13 weeks 3rd one is given at 15 to 17 4th last booster should be completed by 16 to 18 weeks of age The boosters onl

My Gracie had an injury to her right front paw .The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. TheyMade me feel at ease right away. When the Dr arrived in the examining room, both Gracie and I felt very comfortable. He and the staff are very professional and compassionate. Our praise goes to the veternarians, Kyle and John. My husband, Leo, found an injured cat when he left work today. This office happened to be the closest to his job site. Thankfully God put this little injured cat in his path because He knew he would help it. God also chose this animal hospital as well. The veterinarians who aided the cat were AMAZING. They sure deserve all the credit. The kindness that was shown by the veterinarians was way above average. We're so glad that the doctors here have the same love in their hearts as we do for the animals they treat. Unlike the 2 female receptionists, they were truly awful to my husband. I have heard that the veterinarians here are wonderful and very compassionate so I wanted to bring my dog here for a check up to address a few concerns. Unfortunately, the two ladies who answer the phone are extremely rude and lack total compassion for animals. I have no idea why they even work in this field with that attitude. They do a disservice to the veterinarians there and I wonder how many animals have been turned away and couldn't get the help they needed do to the rude gatekeepers who answer the phone. Because of how rude they are in just asking general questions, I will definitely not be making an appt with this vet. Your staff should reflect the same desire to treat each animal with the utmost care and compassion. Isn't that what you are there for, love for animals? Good ve

Wasn't at all expensive. They looked over my dog and gave me prescription medication with 3 refills for her infected tooth ! Really appreciate them!
