I had a very disappointing experience with this dog groomer Tara. She was extremely rude and dismissive . The entire atmosphere felt tense and unprofessional. What upset me even more was how my dog was treated. He came home visibly stressed and is now scared of water, even just turning on the sink. Something that had never been an issue before this visit. Grooming should be a safe, calm, and caring experience for pets, and that clearly was not the case here. It’s heartbreaking to see your dog come back fearful after what should have been a routine appointment. On top of that, Tara tried to tell me that my dog was a completely different breed than what is clearly stated on his paperwork. I was astonished at the condition of the betta fish. They are kept in tiny Tupperware containers with completely still water (meaning the surface tension is strong and cannot be easily broken) and set up as a grotesque display. Most of the betta were already dead, if not dying, and even the dead fish were flipped to their side(usually belly up) due to the lack of disruption to the surface tension which is necessary for fish to receive adequate O2. I was disgusted by the state in which these fish were being held. I understand that there is a plethora of fish and not enough responsible buyers out there to care for them, but surely we can figure out a solution to this problem.

It is hard to find workers a lot of the time but when you do manage to get ahold of one that has the time to assist you, they are almost always super informative about products or what to get for what kind of pet. I always appreciate the help! They helped me find some stuff for my jumping spider.

Great knowledgeable staff! Can answer most questions quickly. Prices are good and they have a large variety of products to choose from. Really like the self serve pet wash stations. They make it so much easier to clean up the dogs after a hike. We have been using their nail trimming and grinding services lately and our boys like it much better there than other places.

Love this location!!! Staff is always so positive and so helpful! Our pets always feel right at home coming shopping here!
