PetSmart

We’re so happy that Renique joined PetSmart! We were her clients at the Edgewood Petco, and when she relocated for a better opportunity, we gladly followed her all the way from Buckhead. I only trust the best with my dog, Prince — he’s a vibrant but sensitive senior, and Renique treats him with such love and care every time. She’s a true professional and a genuinely kind person. PetSmart is lucky to have her! 🐾❤️

I’ve been coming to this location for a few years now and never have I been addressed to poorly. In purchasing dog food they have limited a certain selection of dog food (Natures Best) and share they have a shipment coming in. I’ve been for a month and yet have they restocked. Secondly when purchasing items they do not honor where items are labeled, and claim they don’t control where pricing and items are placed. They refuse to honor pricing, or alternate options. The customer service is below par. I do not recommend anything else but grooming.

I was there on Friday around 1p. Three cashiers were at the front only one customer being helped. I asked for help in the fish area. It was a cashier wearing a live chameleon. She said she would be right with me. I waited about 10 minutes. No one came to help I walked up to the front and one was on her phone and the other was just standing there. I walked out!

They get two stars simply for the products and fish diversity available. Also, there are two employees I interacted with during the summer who were very helpful, but I don’t see them there anymore. Outside of that, since then the customer service here leaves a lot to be desired on every occasion and with various employees each time I have been to this petsmart location. Customer service is terrible. Also they are very inconsistent with what time they sell fish until. I was there at 7:15 (they closed at 9pm) and while looking at the fish to buy, they without any communication in the store turned off the tank lights (sells are stopped). I have spent thousands here, but have had enough. I will not back. I will just go to the other pet store in the area or to Marietta or Gwinnett aquarium stor

Some customer was letting his small dog pee all over the store , all the cat towers that are for sale on the floor have been urinated on by a dog and I reported it to the cashier guy and he looked like he'd rather be in the pits of h... Than working his shift. He could care less and I didn't think it was fair to unknowing customers ..... Smh.
