Kritters Country Club

I love coming to this place. Both my dogs are very well taken care of. They have a chance to play with the staff and with other friendly dogs so it gives them a chance to run out their energy while I’m at work or away for the weekend. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. And they treat my dogs as if they were their own.🥰

This was my first time taking my dog Loki here, I am new to the area and my sister wasn’t available for Thanksgiving week. My husband dropped Loki off initially and then when I went to pick him up, I noticed the place had a foul smell on the inside. I know this is a dog place but I have never smelled a dog facility smell that bad in the lobby and I’ve taken my dog to two other places. I have nothing bad to say about the service or the people, I believe they were kind and helpful. I did find it however odd that they didn’t provide a report card of some sort explaining how Loki’s first visit was with them. When I got Loki home, he had explosive diarrhea that morning and the morning after. He also vomited as well. This was very abnormal for him because he had been going to facilities since he

This was my first time, and ALL of the dogs coming in were so happy and excited to be there! My baby Valentina was very happy when she came out from the back too 🩷

Beth and her team is amazing! They truly care about your fur family. We have been going here for years. Would not have it any other way.

Like all animal lovers, our cat Chloe is a member of our family. The people here were extremely friendly and the facilities they had to house the cats was great. First it was away from the dogs (others mixed dogs and cats in the same room which would make cats nervous and fearful since dogs have a tendency to bark a lot) second the accommodations were very clean. The cages were double the size of other facilities we looked at and compartmentalized. There was a section for play and stretching, there was a place for the litter box and there was a cozy little area for our cat to curl up and sleep. We will be going out of the country for a month in Spring and will be taking her here as we believe this will be the best environment for her and that she will be well cared for in our absence.
