Super friendly and they treat my dogs like they are special. Not only do i buy my pet (dogs) products there but I use both their training and grooming services. I highly recommend PetSmart in Douglas, GA!

Went in simply to get crickets bc the bait store was closed for the holiday. I first had to walk around the store to find someone to help gather them. After she collected and counted 100 crickets 1 by 1. I stood at the counter for 7 minutes listening to two adults in the office behind the counter talk and bash fellow employees. You’re grown, not in high school anymore, act like it. I stood there long enough to pull up the pet smart site, put the crickets in the online cart and started checking myself out. Finally the trash talker realized someone was at the counter. No good morning, no sorry for your wait or sorry for the unprofessionalism. 0/10. We will continue shopping local.

At this point just schedule a vet appointment, was told by various staff when to come to have my cat groomed only to be told the cat groomer was already gone for the day... at 11 am. So thanks for making me stress out my pet for nothing.

The most helpful staff I've ever encountered! Plenty of all the stuff your pet could need and lots more stuff you didn't know you needed. Great sale prices too.

It shouldn't take 5 hours to groom a dog especially if my do is the very first one to be groomed.He will not be going back here to these rude people.
