I just had a wonderful interaction with who I assume is the manager of this petsmart location. You can tell she really loves her job and helping customers. My cat was recently diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism and she expressed that she had a cat who sadly passed with the same diagnosis and told me that she had the same issues I had. She was very helpful In finding different options for my picky easter and overall a pleasure to talk to. Im really glad she was working today to help me!

I want to share my experience with PetSmart grooming in the hope that it helps other pet parents. My dog, Lola, was a healthy and happy 13-year-old who went in for a routine grooming appointment. The very next day, she became extremely sick, and despite all our efforts and veterinary care, she sadly passed away a few weeks later. I’m not making any accusations — I just want to share how heartbreaking this experience has been for my family and me. Lola was part of our lives for so many years, and we always took the best care of her. Losing her so soon after her grooming visit was devastating and confusing. Went to SE 14th location to purchase fish and was not able to find an employee to help me get any, stood around the fish tanks for 5 minutes and nobody asked if I needed any help. Dead fish and loads of algae in every tank. Crowned Aquatics is a much better choice for purchasing fish and supplies

Amazing store with lots of options. Typical retail store for pups. Nice employees, sometimes am disappointed with the selection but it always has what I need. Purchased this amazing aquarium and bottom set. Looks amazing. Have put fish in it but think new tank syndrome is getting them. I love that they offer water testing to see what is going on.

Not very happy with the grooming at PetSmart SDSM. Been going there for 5 years. The staff used to be so friendly and kind. Now they are simply gruff and off putting. The atmosphere is overpowering. When I arrived they were bickering among them selves, being quite rude to one another as I stood there and no one could get organized to check us in. I took my dog for a "between groom" bath and brush which is our norm as we have a groomer we really like. I asked IF they had time could they add a sanitary trim to her privates. Well that ended up basically her whole butt area shaved completely, good thing she has a big tail..never seen anything like it BUT some how they decided it would be okay to trim her feet too. I know this sounds petty but I love my dog's BIG fluffy feet... they make me sm
