PetSmart

I got a phone number that's associated with someone else. I have told this to their employees numerous times but the don't take time to change the problem. An seem as if they don't care it can't be because they were busy because when I shopped here there were no customers except myself and they were standing around. So they weren't busy here's another problem with this store it always smells as is something has died in there.

Amaya and Gage are the best! Friendly and knowledgeable. They are the reason I go to PetSmart for all my pet needs.

Took my 7mo old German Shepherd puppy to get groomed. Bath, nails, so forth. There was a lot wrong there. He LOVES the groomers. We are visiting out of state and even took him somewhere else a few weeks ago and he was COMPLETELY fine. No whining, no fussing. Never had any issues with him. The woman there who took him into the back to bathe him had him whining like crazy. We addressed it with another worker and she went to check on him and it stopped. You cannot see into the back. They brought him out front to brush him and do his nails. He freaked out and kept trying to pull his paws away when they tried grinding them. Again he'd had it done before, no issues. Then we SAW the girl brushing him clearly as can be and she was SO ROUGH. HES A PUPPY. He can be a bit hyper but never any issues
