I Love Melly's! They are always awesome. Even though they dont have cameras, I would always rather bring my dog here for services and boarding bc of the employees! Prices are very reasonable as well!

Where to even start. I boarded my pup during our Christmas vacation. When I picked him up, he was covered in pee. They didn’t even bother to give him a bath before I picked him up. I called and Melly offered a free grooming. It was nice of her but I don’t feel like the actual problem was addressed. I’ve addressed this with the staff previously and they apologized because they are short staffed. I’ve told them potty time is essential when boarding dogs. How can you not have time for that? If you did that, you wouldn’t spend your time cleaning up pee. After thinking about it, they don’t even clean the pee. It’s just there for your dog to step and lay in. Fast forward to now, I called to give them a second chance. I needed to board my dog for spring break. I went against my better judgement

IF I can give 0 stars I would. I’ve boarded my dog as I have with one different place other than (Mellys Clip n’ Dip) and never had a problem. Going into this (establishment) Iv’e brought my dog’s food in and explained to them that my dog eats One cup in the morning for feeding and One cup in the evening for feeding, we’ve dropped him off on a Friday and picked him up on a Monday. When we picked him up we’ve received our dog with the same amount of food we’ve dropped him off with, And I didn’t notice this until I got home, I did not know how much food was left until I opened up the bag of dog food and noticed that none was missing. So my dog sat at Mellys for 3 whole days without EATING? I did not receive one call telling me that my dog was not eating and if I did I would’ve gotten him pic
