Stopped just for nail trim. The girl with purple hair cut 2 nails too short causing them to bleed. My dog is very easy to handle this is completely unacceptable. Please do not allow her to treat your dog!!

All new staff in the grooming department and I will not be coming back to this location. First incident I was dropping off my poodles to get bath and brush outs and the new manager was very rude and told me all my dogs were extremely matted and I would be getting dematting fees. She wasn't even the groomer working on my dogs, and my dogs were not matted at all. She would even acknowledge or apologize to me when I came back to pick up my dogs. Second incident I was running late no more than 15 minutes and I stood there and pushed the buzzer. No one came out to even talk to me for 10-15 minutes and then told me they wouldn't groom my dog today. Same manager that I had issues with last time. She is extremely rude and needs training in customer service.

Great selection for all animals. Great selection of treats and pet food and medication. Got some fish for my tank- fish are well taken care of and they are thriving.

Friendly smiling staff, super clean store. All animals looked happy and healthy. Awesome prices

Out of all the PetSmart stores I have been to, this one had by far the best in stock selection of freshwater fish in the area. Not to mention the amazing prices! Aaron who bagged my fish was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable and took the extra time to make sure the bags would not leak on my 2 hour drive home.
