Watching: Completely incompetent dog groomers. Rude, lying, and have absolutely no clue of what they are doing. Did absolutely nothing when I brought 2 dogs in for grooming. They said that they gave them a wash haircut and nail trimming. Absolutely nothing was done. They gave me an up charge on a Saturday when they did not explain to me that they do have an up charge on weekends. I spoke to the female manager with one eye, and she was completely dishonest and completely rude. She has no clue how to speak to the customer that just paid her $101.00. They would not release or show me my dogs until I paid the bill. No would they give me a copy of the release form that I signed to have my dogs groomed. I will never step foot into that garbage establishment again in my life.

This pet store is disgusting they are here for profit I have called 7 different numbers to report the dying bird in the store. To report the lack of proper care for these animals. Got 4 different answers about how often the cages get cleaned. They have zero water and inadequate food for the birds. The bird bath is broken which is a hazard. I was ignored. I have had birds for 25 years from mcaw to budgies. I have had 2 conures live past their 20s. Now have 2 conures. I was told the investigation woukd take a WEEK!!!! Humans want fresh water every day why the hell dont other living beings deserve the same. There is a black and white bird directly under the conure cage that is actively dying in the food bowl. These people are disgusting and disgraceful. Please someone help them because these

I had an urgent situation on Christmas Day and PetSmart in Daytona was the only groomer willing to help immediately. I was with a friend whose perfume caused a reaction for me, and the scent transferred onto my dog, making it necessary to get her bathed right away. Despite it being a holiday and clearly last minute, they took her the same day and provided a full groom without hesitation. The staff was accommodating, professional, and understanding of the urgency. That level of responsiveness and care made a stressful situation manageable, and I genuinely appreciated their willingness to step in when it mattered.

The store is organized and clean. However, I had a pick up order (already paid for) and when I went to pick up the order, I was told they would not be able to bring the large, heavy bag of dog food to my vehicle. (Just a heads-up for anyone with back or heavy lifting issues.)

Dropped my dog off for a bath and brush. Picked him up almost 2 hours later and it looked like they hadn’t touched him. I just left because I’d had a bad experience with heir vet clinic the week prior and at that point I was finished with this location. I usually prefer PetSmart to Petco but not this location. Petco charges more but it is worth it if you want to actually have a clean animal to pick up.
