I've been taking my dog here since the pandemic to get groomed and honestly, the first few times were really great, but I believe that the folks that used to do his grooming must've left because the folks working the grooming now have left him with varying levels of his previous coat still on there. The quality of the service has been so inconsistent that it doesn't match the value of the price point anymore and we've started looking elsewhere for a dog groomer. It's just too expensive and that's not to mention the staff back there don't seem the friendliest anymore. I'm giving two stars because the front end staff are always really kind and happy to help answer questions. Outside of that, I don't see much more reason to come here when I can get my dog meds and chow on Chewy.com for bett

Courtney took great care of my dog, Chloe.It was her first visit to a groomer and she did great, no problems with any part of the experience. Courtney did an awesome job on deshedding and brushing her out. Her coat has never looked so healthy and shiny. Sure she feels better too. She will go back to be bathed by Courtney.

The employees there are polite but the biggest issue with that store is they are letting every live animal they have die. The majority of the fish tanks don't have air stones or any movement at all, the fish are suffocating. Every other tank has dead fish inside. All of their boxed crickets are dead. Their betta fish water is yellowed from not being changed. Please give your employees time to take care of the animals. You work at a petsmart.

They always have the wet cat food that our cats like. They always have the litter that we like. Thank you so much for keeping an inventory for your customers. Staff is friendly and fun.

Pet Smart Culpeper has exceptional customer service. I never shop anywhere else. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I love that! Thank you!
